Jumpy preheating lamp issue

Sounds familiar. I've got a Jumpy too, and I had similar issues a while back. Is it struggling to start, especially when it's cold? Have you noticed any change in fuel efficiency or any smoke?

Yeah, it's a bit rough on cold starts and I think the fuel consumption has gone up slightly. No noticeable smoke, though. What did it end up being for you?

For me it was the glow plugs, just like you suspect. I'd get it checked out at a garage. Save yourself the headache. Those plugs can be a pain to get to.

Cheers. I appreciate the advice. I bit the bullet and took it to a local garage. Glow plugs were indeed knackered. Cost me 440€ all in. Hopefully, that's the end of that!
