Ka diesel preheating lamp issue

I'm having trouble with my 2009 Ford Ka diesel. It's done 158605 km. The preheating lamp won't switch off and an error is stored. Thinking it might be the glow plugs? Anyone experienced something similar? It's running really rough, especially on cold starts.

I had a similar issue with my Ford Ka, same engine type. Are you also getting any engine misfires?

Yeah, sometimes it does feel like it's misfiring, especially when it's cold. What was the problem with yours?

Sounds like it's definitely the glow plugs. I ended up taking mine to a workshop, and they confirmed it. Cost me around 440€ to get it sorted.
