Ka engine stalls at idle

Hi. I have a 2014 Ford Ka, gasoline engine, with 100850 km. The check engine light comes on, and the engine stalls at idle. I suspect it's the tank ventilation valve. Could it be clogged hoses?

Hey, I had similar issues with my Ka. Check engine and stalling... sounds familiar. Is it happening consistently, or just sometimes?

It's pretty consistent, especially when the engine is warm. Any other ideas, or was it definitely the ventilation for you?

For me it was definitely the fuel tank ventilation. I'd get it checked at a workshop; they can test the pressure sensor and purge valve to be sure.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and you were right. Clogged hoses in the tank ventilation system. Repair cost 175€.
