Kadjar diesel turbo actuator issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Renault Kadjar diesel with 202,549 km is experiencing issues such as the check engine light being on, reduced power, sluggishness, whistling and hissing during acceleration, stalling, and increased fuel consumption. The suspected causes are a boost pressure actuator fault or a defective electrical bypass valve. A similar case confirmed the turbo actuator as the likely problem, suggesting a workshop check for proper diagnostics and repair, which previously cost around 250€.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Pressure sensor readings seem okay, but I don't have equipment for deep analysis. How did you confirm the actuator was the problem in your Kadjar?

Given the whistling, hissing, reduced power, and your suspicion of the actuator, it's likely. My experience was the same. Without proper diagnostics, it's hard to be sure, but I'd suggest a workshop check. Cost me around 250€ to fix.

Thanks, I appreciate you confirming my suspicions. I'll book an appointment. It's almost certainly the turbo actuator, as I thought. The repair cost me 250€, just as you said. Thanks again!

I had similar symptoms with my Renault Kadjar, though it was an older model. Sounds like it could be the turbo actuator. Have you checked the pressure sensor readings?
