Kadjar Diesel Won't Start

My 2018 Renault Kadjar diesel won't start. Engine control malfunction. Mileage is 130145 km. I suspect loose battery cable connections. Any ideas?

I had similar starting issues with my Kadjar. The check engine light was on. It could be the ECU or engine software glitching. Did the 'check engine' light come on?

Yes, the 'check engine' light is on. Was it definitely related to the ECU issue, or perhaps another engine fault?

For me, it was indeed a bad connection. I suggest you go to a workshop to read out the error codes. The eventual repair cost was 155€.

Thanks! It was indeed the cable connections of the battery. I cleaned the cable connections of the battery, and that solved the issue.
