Summary of the thread

They weren't super specific, just mentioned 'control unit programming implausible'. I pressed them for more details, but they didn't seem to have much to offer without digging deeper. Did your issue resolve itself, or did you have to take it in? And if so, what was the fix? Trying to figure out if it is a widespread issue or just my bad luck.

No, it definitely didn't resolve itself. The gremlins just kept multiplying. I had to bite the bullet and take it to the workshop. They recalibrated the control unit, and that seemed to do the trick. It's frustrating because it feels like a software bug, but sometimes these things happen. It is like when your computer freezes, you have to reboot it. If you want to avoid unnecessary costs, maybe you can try to reset it by disconnecting the battery.

Thanks for the insight. Sounds like I'm heading for a similar fate. I appreciate you sharing your experience; it's good to know I'm not alone. Ended up taking it in, and you were spot on – recalibration of the control unit did the trick. All systems are back online, and the error codes are gone. Thanks again!

Sounds eerily familiar. I had a similar gremlin in my Kadjar, though not quite as many kilometers on the clock. The electrical system acted like it was possessed, and the navigation… well, let’s just say I got better directions from a paper map. Did they mention anything specific about which control module is acting up? Sometimes it's like chasing shadows, but knowing the culprit can save a lot of headache. It is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I have heard of similar issues that were caused by a faulty battery.
