Kadjar rear window heating issue

That's what happened to me. The rear window heating stopped completely, and the windshield heating was weak. I didn't test anything myself; I just took it to a workshop, and they confirmed the battery was heavily discharged and likely defective. They replaced it, and everything went back to normal.
