Kangoo automatic temperature control issue

Climate issues with my 2019 Renault Kangoo electric, 226108 km. Automatic temperature control not working, error stored, and AC won't switch on. Could it be a defective cable or plug connection to the interior temperature sensor? Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks! Yes, exactly! The temperature is completely off, and I can't adjust it. Did you also have an error code stored? What was the resolution?

Yep, definitely sounds like my issue. Error code and all. I tried looking at the plug myself but gave up. Ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the sensor and fixed it pretty quickly.

Okay, thanks a lot! I suspected it was the sensor, but I wanted to be sure before taking it in. I'll book an appointment with a workshop. It seems the repair should cost around 95€. Thanks again!
