Kangoo blower motor failure
Summary of the thread
The blower motor in a 2023 Renault Kangoo electric vehicle stopped working, and fault codes indicated an issue with the AUC sensor. A faulty AUC sensor or its connection can indeed cause blower motor failure. After checking the sensor's cable and plug, it was found that the cable connection was defective. Repairing the connection resolved the issue, restoring the blower motor's functionality.

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly is the AUC sensor located, and how do I check the cable and plug? Is it easy to access?

On my BMW AUC it was near the fresh air intake, but I'm not sure about your Kangoo. Just have a look for a small sensor with a plug. Honestly, if you're not comfortable with electrics, it might be worth taking it to a workshop. I ended up doing that because I didn't want to mess anything up.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I checked the plug, and it seemed okay, so I took it to a shop. You were right, the cable connection to the AUC sensor was defective. They fixed it for 95€, and now everything is working again!

Hey, that's interesting. I had a similar issue with my old BMW a while back. It wasn't exactly the same, but the climate control was acting up and it turned out to be a dodgy connection to the cabin air sensor. Did you check the cable and plug on the sensor?
