Kangoo cooling restricted check engine light

Hi, I have a 2003 Renault Kangoo diesel with 159850 km. I think the cooling grille is restricted. The instrument cluster shows incorrect temperatures, the check engine light is on, and the engine takes ages to warm up. Could it be a fuse?

Thanks! I meant a fuse related to the grille, if there is one. I'm not sure where to look or what to check.

Considering the potential for engine damage, I would recommend taking it to a workshop for a proper diagnosis. The repair cost was around 52€ when I had this issue on my own car.
