Kangoo Defrost Air Flap Issue

Hey, I'm having trouble with my 2014 Renault Kangoo electric. The defrost air flap seems to be acting up. There's an error code, and the heat isn't great. I'm thinking it might be a bad cable or connection. Anyone seen this before?

I had something similar with my old Volvo V70. Air distribution was off, and the heat was weak. Turned out to be a corroded connector on the HVAC unit. Have you checked the connections to the heater core and ventilation? Could also be a fuse.

Thanks! Any more info on which connectors to check? Are they behind the dash or in the engine bay?

On my Volvo, the connector was behind the dash, near the HVAC unit. It was a pain to get to. Might be best to have a workshop do it, since it's hard to reach. Could be a broken cable somewhere too.
