Kangoo door lock failure

I've got a 2015 Renault Kangoo (electric engine) with about 82k km. The doors won't lock or unlock anymore, either with the remote or the button inside. Is this a faulty door contact signal? Has anyone else had this?

Interesting problem. I also have a Kangoo. I vaguely remember encountering something similar. It could very well be related to the door sensor or the wiring harness. Have you checked the fuses? That's the easiest first step.

Thanks! Fuses were the first thing I checked, all seem fine. When you had a similar issue, was it all doors at once, or just one? Was the fix something you could do yourself, or did you need to take it to a shop?
