Kangoo Electric Air Suspension Failure

My 2021 Renault Kangoo electric is giving me grief. It's done 222070 km, and the air suspension is shot. The van won't lift anymore, sits lopsided, and throws an error on the dash. Getting a seriously bumpy ride now. I suspect the suspension air bag valve is defective. Anyone else had this?

I've got a Kangoo too, though it's not electric. I had similar symptoms a while back – leaning, bumpy ride, and the error message. Have you checked the shock absorber? It might be something with the pneumatic suspension. I'm no expert, but the error memory might point you in the right direction. Is the ride height adjustable on yours?

Yes, ride height is adjustable, but it's stuck in the 'down' position now. Was it definitely the suspension air bag valve on yours, or something else within the suspension system? Any more info would be a great help before I start ripping things apart.

Yeah, pretty sure it was the valve. It was like trying to inflate a balloon with a hole in it – just wouldn't hold any air. I ended up taking it to a workshop; best bet is to get it checked out professionally. I recall the repair cost was around 590€.
