Kangoo Electronic Faults
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Renault Kangoo is experiencing intermittent electronic faults, including fault messages, driving mode errors, and audio/navigation malfunctions. These issues are suspected to be related to a BUS communication error, possibly due to defective cable connections or damaged wiring to the control units. Restarting the vehicle temporarily resolves the errors. It is recommended to have a qualified technician inspect the vehicle's cable connections and wiring for a more permanent solution.

Yes, that's correct. The error messages typically disappear after restarting the vehicle. Is there any specific area or component within the BUS system that I should examine more closely, or any particular diagnostic procedure you might recommend?

Based on your description and the intermittent nature, I suspect a defective cable connection to one of the control units on the BUS system. It could be a loose connector or damaged wiring. I had similar problems on my older car once. But with such a new car better visit a workshop.

Thank you for the insights. I appreciate you confirming my suspicions regarding a potential BUS system issue. I will schedule an appointment with a qualified technician to inspect the cable connections and wiring. The estimated repair cost is 155€. Your input has been invaluable.

Sounds like a BUS communication error. Does the error message disappear after restarting the car?
