Kangoo Engine Power Loss

I've got a 2022 Renault Kangoo with a gasoline engine and 75999 km. The check engine light is on, and it's showing a fault code related to engine performance. I've noticed a reduction in engine power. Has anyone else experienced this? I suspect it's related to a chip tuning job.

Sounds familiar! I've got a Renault Kangoo too, and I had a similar issue a while back. Same symptoms - reduced power and that check engine light. Did the scan tool give you a specific fault code?

Yeah, it threw code Pxxxx. Did yours point to some kind of sensor malfunction? Is it the same problem?

Okay, your problem sounds very close to mine. The fault code pointed to the ECU being unhappy after the chip tuning. I had to take it to a workshop to get it sorted. They had to re-flash the ECU and remove the tuning. Cost me about 180€.
