Kangoo engine stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Renault Kangoo with a gasoline engine experienced stalling at idle and a persistent check engine light. The issue was suspected to be related to the tank ventilation valve affecting the EVAP system, possibly due to clogged hoses. After a workshop visit, it was confirmed that clogged hoses were indeed the problem, and replacing them resolved the issue, eliminating the check engine light.

It's not just after refueling, happens randomly. The car has 174693 km. Could it also be a faulty pressure sensor, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Mileage is getting up there. Could be the valve itself failing, or as you suspected, the hoses are indeed blocked. Check engine light and stalling points to a definite issue with the emission system. I'd recommend a workshop visit.

Thanks for the confirmation! Took it to the shop, and you were spot on. Clogged hoses on the tank ventilation valve were the culprit. They replaced them, and now she runs like a charm. Cost me 175€, but at least the check engine light is gone!

Possible. Does it happen only after refueling? How many kilometers are on the car?
