Kangoo Power Window Fault

I had a similar issue with my 2016 Opel Astra. The power windows stopped working suddenly. Did you check the window motor and window track for any obvious obstructions?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't checked the window motor or track yet. Could a defective power window switch cause the error code and prevent all windows from working?

In my case, the switch was the culprit, but without further diagnosis, it's difficult to be certain. It might be best to visit a workshop for them to test the electrics.
