Kangoo Rear Window Heating Issue

Alright, I've got a head-scratcher with my 2019 Renault Kangoo electric. The rear window heating is completely dead. The dash throws an error, and the windshield heating isn't performing as it should. I've checked the fuses and the connections to the rear window look visually sound. Could a heavily discharged or defective battery really cause this? Anyone else seen this gremlin?

I had something similar with my Kangoo. The rear defroster acted up. First thought it was the heating coil, but other electrical components started acting funny too.

Yeah, the auto defrost feature became unreliable, almost like a fuse was loose, but checking the rear defroster fuse was ok. Ultimately, for me, the fix was a trip to the workshop and a new battery.
