Kangoo weak heating

I had a similar heating problem with my old Opel Astra diesel: weak heat and an error code. Did you check the coolant level? A small leak caused low coolant, which messed with the heating. Is the engine temperature normal?

The Astra's error code was generic about the coolant circuit. After checking the obvious stuff, I took it to my local workshop. They said it was a faulty thermostat and a slightly blocked heater core. Your Kangoo is newer, so I'd guess an electrical issue. I'd suggest a trusted mechanic.
