Karoq Headlight and Windshield Washer Issue

Sounds like a blockage. Have you checked the hose that feeds the headlight washers? Sometimes they can get clogged. When you try to use the windshield washer, do you hear the pump working, or is it silent? It could be the pump itself has failed, or maybe just a fuse.

I'm not very technical, where exactly is this hose located, and is it easy to check? I can't hear the pump when I try to use the windshield washer.

If you can't hear the pump, it's likely an electrical fault or the pump itself. The hose is usually connected to the washer fluid reservoir. If you are not comfortable checking the hose, it might be best to take it to a workshop. It does sound like a defective cable connection of the pump or relay, like a light switch not working because the wire is loose.

The Skoda workshop confirmed a faulty cable connection to the pump. They repaired it, and now the headlight cleaning system and windshield washer are working. The total cost was 165€, thanks for the help.
