Thanks for the tip! I haven't noticed any battery issues, but I'll definitely double-check the seat harness. When you say "sensitive to voltage," do you mean a low voltage situation, or is it more complex than that?

Yeah, low voltage. If the battery is weak or has been drained, the seat control module gets erratic. In my case, the dealer traced it back to a failing battery. Error was stored in the error memory and the seat adjustment was not possible. I had a similar repair cost of around 290€.

Okay, that's good to know. I'll get the battery tested and check the harness thoroughly again. Appreciate the help! Took her to the dealership and they confirmed that the battery was defective. Replacement has fixed the electric seat issue.

Hey, I had a similar problem with my Kicks. The power seats are pretty sensitive to voltage. Has your battery been heavily discharged lately? That can cause the seat motor to act up and throw weird codes. Also, check the seat harness under the seat to see if it hasn't come loose - it's very easy to accidentally kick.
