Koleos Check Engine Light and Stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Renault Koleos diesel is experiencing a 'check engine' light and stalling at idle, with an error indicating incorrect fuel composition. I don't know what error code, but could be fuel related. I did fill up at a different station than usual just before it started. Is there anything specific I should look for regarding the cable or plug?

I wouldn't mess with the cable or plug yourself unless you really know what you're doing. It could be anything from a loose connection to a faulty sensor. Take it to a workshop. They'll diagnose it properly and save you a headache.

You were spot on. Took it to the shop, and it was a defective sensor cable as we thought. Cost me 95€ to sort out. I'll stick to my usual fuel station from now on!

I had something similar with my Koleos. Check engine light, rough idle. Started after I filled up at a dodgy petrol station. Any chance you got a bad batch of fuel? What's the error code?
