Koleos Clutch Switch Problems

I'm having trouble with my 2014 Renault Koleos (gasoline engine) with 139k km. I'm getting an error, the gear selection display is useless, cruise control is dead, and sometimes the engine won't start. I suspect a loose wire or dodgy plug on the clutch pedal switch. It's like the car thinks the clutch isn't engaged. Anyone seen anything similar?

I had something similar happen on my Koleos. The symptoms sound very familiar, especially the starting issue and the cruise control going haywire. It was a real head-scratcher!

Yes, as far as I recall they mentioned it was the clutch switch causing all those issues. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed and fixed. Better safe than sorry with these things.

Thanks for the tip! Turns out it was indeed the clutch pedal switch, just as suspected. A defective cable/plug connection to be exact. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Now everything's back to normal!
