Koleos coolant level issue

Thanks for the quick response! I haven't checked for air pockets yet, and the cooling fan seems to be working okay. Where exactly should I be looking for those air pockets?

Well, in my case, it turned out to be a defective connection somewhere in the system. It was a faulty plug connection, as basic as it may sound. I eventually took it to a workshop, and they found the defective plug connection because the error code pointed in that direction. Honestly, chasing air pockets can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. The final bill was around 95€. To prevent any further damage, it would be better if you take it to a workshop. They should be able to pinpoint the problem quickly.

Appreciate the advice! Sounds like I'm better off getting it checked professionally. I'll book it in at a workshop ASAP. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

Coolant issues can be tricky. I had something similar with my Koleos. The check engine light was on and showed a similar error. I spent ages looking for a leak but couldn't find one. Are you sure your cooling fan is working properly? It’s kind of like when you have a slight fever; it could indicate a bigger problem going on inside. Have you tried checking for air pockets?
