Koleos GPS signal loss
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Renault Koleos is experiencing a GPS issue where the navigation system consistently reports 'no GPS signal.' An error code related to the GPS antenna suggests a potential defect in the antenna itself. A similar case was resolved by replacing the antenna, indicating that this is a likely solution. Booking a workshop appointment for antenna replacement is recommended to address the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply! I believe it's in the shark fin antenna on the roof. Are you saying that you had the exact same issue and that replacing the antenna fixed it? Was the error message the same?

Yes, same symptoms and same error code. I would suggest you go to the workshop to get this confirmed. It's likely a defective GPS antenna.

Thanks a lot! That confirms my suspicion. I'll book an appointment at the shop, and get it replaced. I'll report back, once the antenna is fixed (estimated cost is around 200€).

I had a similar problem with my Koleos. I would suspect the antenna or the wiring to it. Do you know where the antenna is located on your model?
