Koleos Keyless Access Failure

Hi, I've got a 2015 Renault Koleos with a gasoline engine, and the keyless access has stopped working. The car throws an error, but otherwise everything seems fine at 236220 km. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone else had issues with the door handle electronics?

I had a similar problem with my Koleos. Is it both front doors that are affected, or just one? It was the driver's side on mine, very annoying.

Just the driver's door as well. What did you end up doing to fix it?

In my case, I ended up taking it to a workshop. Turned out to be a faulty door actuator. Apparently, it's a known issue on some models.

Thanks for the info! I took it to get diagnosed, and you were right. Quoted 95€ to fix it. Will get it done.
