Koleos massage seat failure
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Renault Koleos owner experienced a failure in the massage seat function, with the switch being unresponsive and a diagnostic tool showing an error. A possible cause suggested was a loose or faulty cable connection. After taking the car to a workshop, it was confirmed that the issue was indeed a defective connection, which was then repaired.

Thanks for the tip! You think it's just a bad connection? Is it easy to get to the plug to check it myself, or should I leave it to the pros?

Yes, in my case it was indeed a defective cable or plug connection. While you could check it yourself, given the error code and the car's upholstery, I would recommend having a workshop take a look. Could save you some hassle.

Okay, makes sense. I appreciate the advice! Took it to the workshop, they confirmed it was a faulty connection just like you said, and fixed it for 95€. Thanks again!

I had a similar issue with my Koleos. Was the error related to the seat motor? Check the cable and plug connections first. That's a common point of failure.
