Koleos rough running and stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Renault Koleos was experiencing rough running and stalling issues, with the check engine light on and jerking during acceleration. The problem was suspected to be related to a defective cable or plug connection. Ignition coils, huh? I haven't checked those specifically. Where are they located, and is there an easy way to test them without special tools? Also, what do you mean by "misfire"?

A misfire is when one or more of your cylinders isn't firing properly. Regarding where they are located and how to test them - it's best to take it to a workshop if you're not sure. Seriously, you could end up doing more harm than good. Better safe than sorry!

Thanks a lot for the advice! I took it to a local mechanic, and it turned out to be a defective ignition coil, just like you suspected. The final repair bill was 95€, including the new coil and labor. Runs like new now!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Koleos. Rough running and stalling are no fun. Have you checked the ignition coils? That was the culprit for me. Does it feel like a misfire?
