Koleos sun blind failure

Hey, I also drive a Koleos, although I don't know the year. Sounds like the exact same problem I had a while back. The sunblind motor is a weak spot, it seems.

Did the symptoms manifest identically to my own? Could you elaborate on the resolution you pursued?

Yep, same symptoms. Stuck blind, error code. Basically, the motor is toast. I'd say just head to the shop and get it replaced. Save yourself the headache.
