Summary of the thread
A 2018 Hyundai Kona owner reported a problem with the fresh air blower motor not functioning and an error stored in the system. The issue was suspected to be a defective blower motor. Another individual suggested checking the blower motor resistor, but ultimately, the problem was confirmed to be the blower motor itself, which required replacement.

No, I haven't checked the resistor yet. Where is it located, and how can I test it?

Honestly, I didn't get into the details myself. I just took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. They mentioned something about the blower motor being faulty, so it could be that in your case as well.

Thanks for the info. I had it checked, and indeed, the blower motor was the culprit. Cost me 365€ to replace. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Kona. The air conditioning stopped working, and it turned out to be related to the blower. Did you check the blower motor resistor?
