Thanks for the advice. Could you say more about the crankshaft or turbocharger? What happened when you had the problem?

My timing was off, which reduced engine power. The car was shaking a lot. Honestly, I'd get it checked by a workshop. It could be lots of things.

I took it to a mechanic, and I was right about the side effect. It was a faulty sensor causing the fluctuation. The engine runs great now, and the diagnostic was free!

I also drive a Kubistar and had similar issues recently. Check the timing belt for wear. A crankshaft or turbocharger issue could also cause that. It's probably not just the cylinder.
