Kuga Hybrid Battery Issues

I'm having a nightmare with my 2023 Ford Kuga Hybrid. The battery's practically dead – it's got just over 100k kilometers on it (105861 km to be exact). I'm getting error messages flashing up, the lights are flickering, and the engine's struggling. Plus, the error memory is full of warnings. Anyone else had this with their Kuga?

I had similar symptoms on my Kuga. Have you checked the battery sensor? It might be defective.

Cheers for the quick reply! Battery sensor, eh? How did you figure that out? Was it a simple fix, or did you have to get the professionals involved?

The error memory pointed to irregular battery behavior. I measured the voltage, and it was all over the place. Based on that, I took it to the workshop; they confirmed the sensor was faulty and replaced it.

Right, I think I'll take it to the shop. Sounds like it could be the same issue. Thanks! Just got it back, and you were spot on - defective battery sensor! Cost me 315€, but at least it's sorted. Thanks again!
