Speech commands are affected too! Voice recognition is almost non-existent. Were you able to resolve the problem yourself, or was a workshop visit necessary?

I wasn't able to fix it myself. Based on those symptoms, it sounds like the same infotainment defect I had. Get it to a workshop. My final repair cost me around 815€.

Appreciate the confirmation. I'll schedule a workshop visit promptly. The cost estimate is helpful. I will share the outcome for future reference.

I had a similar issue with my Kuga, though not the hybrid. The voice recognition went completely haywire. Is the system also struggling to understand speech commands, or is it solely the microphone during calls?
