I've got a 2021 Ford Kuga Hybrid with 55889 km on it. The system readiness check is incomplete, with an error stored and showing in the speedometer. Could this be from recent OBD2 diagnostics?

Sure. The error messages were the same. It looks like the computer needs a reset. I'd recommend a workshop visit so you can pass the emissions test.
