Thanks for your reply. Yes, I've tried deleting and re-pairing multiple times. The software is current. I didn't write down the specific error code. Does the error code ring a bell?

Yeah, the error code sounds really familiar. I spent hours trying to fix it myself. Honestly, save yourself the headache and just take it to a workshop. They can diagnose it properly. It could be some weird software glitch or a module issue. My workshop mentioned something about incorrect pairing with the end device, so the error code could be that.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were right. It was due to an incorrect pairing issue, like you said. They fixed it with a software adjustment. Repair cost: 45€ Appreciate the help!

Interesting. I have a Kuga Hybrid too, and I had an identical problem a while back. It was really annoying. First, have you tried completely deleting the phone from the car's system and re-pairing it? Sometimes that fixes it. Also, check if the software is current. What error code are you seeing?
