Starting wasn't an issue, actually. So, what was the resolution in your case? I'm trying to figure out if it's something I can handle myself or if I need to take it in.

Given that the starting wasn't an issue, it might be a slightly different scenario. However, with that fault memory lock active, and considering the intricacies of modern car electronics, I'd strongly advise against attempting a repair yourself. It could potentially lead to further complications. A diagnostic check at a reputable workshop is highly recommended.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to a workshop as you suggested. Turns out it was indeed undervoltage causing the issue. Cost me 240€ to resolve.

I've experienced something similar with my Lafesta. Active memory issues can be quite frustrating, can't they? Was it difficult to start the engine when this happened?
