Lafesta Sun Blind Jammed

Help! My 2016 Nissan Lafesta with a gasoline engine has a sun blind that's completely jammed. It won't go up or down, just stuck. The error memory also shows a fault. I suspect it might be the motor. Anyone else had this?

Mine was completely stuck too. I wouldn't recommend fixing it yourself unless you really know what you're doing. I took mine to a workshop.
