Laguna automatic transmission emergency mode

I have a 2012 Renault Laguna gasoline with 133400 km. I'm having a weird issue: radiator oil pressure defective, transmission indicator light and check engine light are on. The automatic transmission is in emergency mode and doesn't shift as usual; it slips and shifts uncleanly with grinding noises. Error is stored in memory. Could a defective cable or plug connection be the cause?

Hey, I had something similar with my Renault Laguna. Is it struggling to shift gears, almost like it's stuck in one gear? It might be the pressure sensor. Has anyone checked that?

Interesting, where exactly is that sensor located and how did you figure out it was the sensor and not something else?

Honestly, I'm not sure exactly where it is, a workshop found it. But the symptoms sound very similar. Best to get it checked; cost me about 95€ to fix.

Thanks! It looks like the connector to the oil pressure sensor on the radiator cooler was indeed defective! It has been repaired now!
