Laguna Sunroof Sunblind Stuck
Summary of the thread
A 2012 Renault Laguna has a sunroof issue where the sunblind is stuck, preventing the convertible top from opening or closing. The problem is identified as a 'sunroof not initialized' error, likely caused by recent coding or diagnostics work. The suggested solution is to have the sunroof system recalibrated at a workshop, which successfully resolved the issue.

Coding? Hmm, possibly. What did you do to fix it?

That's what triggered it for me. I wasn't able to resolve it myself. I'd suggest a visit to a workshop to get the sunroof system recalibrated. That's what I ended up doing.

Thanks for the tip! It was indeed a 'sunroof not initialized' error due to some coding. Cost me 75€ to get it sorted at the workshop.

Sounds familiar. Do you remember any coding being carried out on the vehicle recently? I had similar symptoms on my Laguna after some diagnostics work. Is it possible this is a 'sunroof not initialized' error?
