LandCruiser Air Suspension Failure

Good day. I am experiencing an issue with my 2020 Toyota LandCruiser (gasoline engine). At 136094 km, the air suspension seems to have failed. The vehicle can no longer lift, and there is a noticeable lean. The error memory contains a fault, and an error message is displayed on the speedometer. The low beams are also misaligned, and the warning light is illuminated. Could a defective cable or plug connection be the problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Greetings. I had a similar issue with my LandCruiser, though not at such high mileage. Leaning is a key symptom, along with the error message. Have you checked the suspension pump relay? It might be worth a look before suspecting the compressor itself. Also, examine the ride height sensors; a faulty sensor can cause these symptoms.

Thank you for your reply. I have not checked the suspension pump relay or the ride height sensors yet. Could you provide more detail on the location of these components, and how I might test them? I am trying to avoid unnecessary replacements, but I am not sure I can fix this myself.

I understand your concern. Honestly, while you could attempt to locate and test the relay and sensors yourself, given the complexity of the system and the multiple error messages, it might be more prudent to have a qualified workshop diagnose the issue. Compressor failure is common, and they'll be able to pinpoint the exact cause. For me, it was a faulty connection which they quoted at 95€
