Thank you for your response. The engine does not crank at all. You mentioned checking the battery cable connections. Could you elaborate on what specifically I should be looking for? I want to be sure I'm checking the right things before exploring more complex solutions.

Yeah, no crank definitely points to a power issue. By 'cable connections' I mean where the battery cables attach to the battery terminals, and also where the other ends of those cables connect to the vehicle's chassis and starter. Make sure they're clean and tight. If they look corroded, clean them with a wire brush. Honestly, though, if you've already checked the fuses and it's still not starting, and you're not super familiar with electrical troubleshooting, it might be best to take it to a workshop. Could be a deeper electrical problem.

I appreciate the advice. You were correct; the cable connections of the battery were not good. I cleaned the connections, and the engine started immediately. The repair cost was 155€.

I had a similar problem with my LandCruiser. Is it cranking at all, or completely dead? In my case, the engine wouldn't even turn over. I'd check the battery cable connections first. Sometimes a loose or corroded connection can cause all sorts of weird electrical issues, including preventing the engine from starting. Essentially, the ECU (Engine Control Unit, the computer that manages the engine) isn't getting enough power to function properly.
