LandCruiser fuel flap release malfunction

Hello, I have a 2011 Toyota LandCruiser with a gasoline engine and around 97000 km. Recently, the fuel flap release isn't working. The error memory shows a fault, and I can't lock or unlock the fuel filler flap anymore. It's also causing other functions to become unavailable. I checked the fuse, but it seems fine. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my LandCruiser a while back. Is it throwing any specific error codes? In my case, it turned out to be a faulty electric actuator controlling the fuel flap release. Check the wiring to the actuator, as it may be damaged.
