Thanks for the quick reply! When you say 'cable and plug connections', are you referring to the ones going to the radiator itself, or something related to the oil cooler lines that connect to the radiator? Any specific areas I should be looking at for damage or corrosion?

Yes, the cable and plug connections that attach to the radiator. In my case, it was a defective connector. I suggest you take your car to the workshop.

Thanks a lot! I checked the connections as you suggested, and while I didn't see anything obvious, I cleaned and reseated all the connectors related to the radiator and oil cooler. No change. Dropped it off at the shop, and you were right - turns out a connector was indeed faulty. Repair bill was only 95€, so I'm happy it wasn't worse!

I had a similar issue with my LandCruiser. The symptoms sound very familiar. Did you check the cable and plug connections to the radiator?
