Thanks for the tip! I haven't checked the wiring yet. Where exactly is the fuel level sensor located? Is it easy to access, or am I going to have to take half the car apart to get to it?

On the Insignia, it was accessible from under the rear seats, after removing an access panel. However, I'm not familiar with the Latitude's layout. Given the intermittent stalling, it's probably best to take it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose the wiring and sensor, and also check for other potential causes.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I was hoping to avoid a mechanic, but it sounds like it's the best course of action. I took it to the shop and it turned out it was just a faulty fuse that costed 52€ to replace. I really appreciate your help!

I had a similar issue with my 2015 Opel Insignia. The symptoms were slightly different, but it also pointed to a fuel level sensor fault. Before replacing the sensor, have you checked the wiring and connectors leading to it? A loose or corroded connection can sometimes cause these kinds of intermittent issues.
