Latitude electric steering column fault

Anyone had issues with the electric steering column adjustment on a 2011 Renault Latitude gasoline? Error memory says there's a fault, and it won't adjust. I'm thinking it's a bad cable or plug.

Interesting. I've got a Latitude too, and I had something similar happen a while back. Is it completely dead, or does it just move intermittently?

It's totally unresponsive, no movement at all. Was yours the same?

Yep, sounds exactly like what happened to mine. I tried fiddling with it, but in the end, I just took it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quick.

Okay, I'll take it to a workshop then. Estimate is 95€, which seems fair. Thanks for the help!
