Latitude transport mode issue

My 2015 Renault Latitude with a gasoline engine is showing 'Transport Mode Active' on the dashboard, along with a general electrical malfunction and a non-functional navigation system. The car has 242019 km. Could this be the cause, since the car is new to me?

Huh, 'Transport Mode Active' on a Renault Latitude? That's weird. I had something similar happen with my old Volvo V70 after the battery died completely. Check the immobilizer and key fob.
