Legend rear ventilation flap faulty

I'm having a nightmare with my 2018 Honda Legend hybrid. The rear ventilation flap seems to be faulty. I'm getting an error stored in the memory, the climate control is going nuts, and the air conditioning just isn't cooling anymore. Anyone else had this?

Summary of the thread

A 2018 Honda Legend hybrid is experiencing issues with a faulty rear ventilation flap, leading to climate control errors and ineffective air conditioning. The problem is suspected to be related to a cable or plug connection issue. The suggested solution is to have a professional workshop inspect and repair the connection, which resolved the issue for another owner with similar symptoms.

I had similar symptoms in my Legend. Is the air circulation not working correctly? I'd guess it's a cable or plug connection issue.

Air circulation is definitely off. Where exactly should I be looking for this cable or plug connection?

Honestly, I wouldn't poke around too much. I ended up taking mine to a workshop, they sorted the connection and it was a quick fix.

Thanks. I took it to the shop, and you were spot on – faulty cable connection. Cost me 95€ to fix. Appreciate the advice!
