Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't checked the belt yet. Was the alternator the actual problem in your case? And was the error memory indicating the same?

Yes, the alternator was indeed the culprit. All the symptoms you described were exactly what I experienced, and the error code pointed to the generator as well. Get it checked professionally; in my experience, it's worth the cost to avoid further damage.

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my CT200h. Weak lights and trouble starting were the first signs. Have you checked the serpentine belt? An alternator issue can cause all those symptoms.
