Lexus ES adaptive headlight malfunction

I'm having trouble with the headlight range control on my 2011 Lexus ES gasoline. I'm getting an error and a warning light, and the low beams are shining too high or low. Anyone else had this?

When mine acted up, it was a defective servomotor in the headlight. You can try checking the switch, but with those symptoms and the error code, it's likely the servomotor. Just take it to a workshop.
