Lexus ES Reduced Engine Power

Hey, my 2007 Lexus ES with a gasoline engine is acting up. It feels like it has reduced engine power, and I scanned it and got an error code. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my ES. Check your main relay – that was the culprit for me. Is the error stored in the error memory?

Interesting! Where exactly is the main relay located, and is it something I can check myself?

Yep, the error was stored in the memory, same as you. Honestly, I'm not sure where it is exactly, but I ended up taking mine to a workshop. They said it was the relay for sure. Cost me around 120€ to get it sorted.

Okay, thanks for the tip! I'll check the relay and probably take it to a mechanic. Turns out it was the main relay, and the repair cost was about 120€. Appreciate the help!
